Compliments of the Season

I’ll return to a chronicle of the Alaska trip soon.  In the meantime, for followers of this blog that celebrate a holiday at this time of the year, please accept my best wishes for a very pleasant holiday season.  And for those followers of this blog who don’t celebrate a holiday at this time of the year…by all means, have a pleasant experience regardless.

Season’s Greetings, everyone.

  1. Thank you for the awesome photos all year long.

    • Thanks very much for the kind words and for following my blog.

  2. Your photo is kind of what it looks like out my window this morning…finally some snow to make things pretty! Thanks for making Mondays worth looking forward to with your blog posts.

    • Thanks, Ellen. No new snow here and the foot that fell just after Thanksgiving is all gone.

  3. & to you

  4. Chuckling at the pleasant experience wish! And wishing you and yours the same.

    • Thanks very much, Gunta.

  5. Enjoyed viewing your landscape images. I don’t have as many opportunities to compose those as I’d like, but I do love them. Found your site while searching for abstract nature photography. I fell in love with that genre a couple of years ago, though the majority of my work utilizes a macro rig.

    • Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.

I like to play around with abstract compositions, thought I’m at least as likely to do so with something other than a macro lens than with one.
